Background and objectiveIt is clear that bladder transitional cell carcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumor. The rate of BTCC is more than about 90 percentage. It is increasing with the years going on. The bladder carcinoma has done severely harm to peoples' health. The mechanism of carcinoma occurrence is not very clear yet. With the development of molecular biology, it has been demonstrated that the development of malignan tumors is due to the activation of oncogene and inactivation of tumor suppressor genes, which leading to the loss of control on cell proliferation and apoptosis. Cancer can be regarded as a kind of gene disease. PTEN gene (tensin homology and phosphatase deleted on chromosome ten, namely tensin and auxilin isogenesis, No. 10 chromosome lose phosphatase gene) is the firstly found phosphatase oncongen suppressor which regulating cell proliferation, transformation and adhesion etc.On the other hand, with the breakthrough of the study on cell cycle in the recent years, the study about the relation between cell cycle and the onset, development and treatment of the malignant tumor is going deeply into as well. Out of control of the cell cycle contributes to the emergence and development of carcinomas also, and tumors can be think of as a kind of cell cycle disease accordingly. P27 is a newly found tumor inhibitor which inhibit CDK and then inhibit the transition of cell cycle from Gl phase to S phase. The function of P27 in cell cycle regulation has been around extensive attention.
