Study Of Relationship Between TCM Constitution Ischemic Stroke Patients, TCM Syndromes,5-HT,NE And Post-stroke Depression

Objective: To explore the relationship between ischemic stroke patients physicalmedicine and TCM Syndrome Types and constitution of traditional Chinese medicine,TCM syndrome type and ischemic cerebral of poststroke depression. The risk factors ofdepression after stroke on stroke patients, determination of monoamine neurotransmitter5-HT, NE level in order to understand its relationship with PSDMethods: Within1months of onset in ischemic stroke patients as the research object,investigating the general situation, classification of traditional Chinese Medicine physique,TCM syndrome types, monoamine neurotransmitter5-HT, NE, for a period of threemonths of follow-up for the patients, clear PSD or non PSD patients, observe theconstitution of traditional Chinese medicine and TCM syndromes in patients with type therelationship between the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine; TCM syndrometypes, and PSD; the relationship between monoamine neurotransmitter5-HT, NE and PSD.Finally, the SPSS17was used to analyze the data.Results:1.The relationship between cerebral constitution classification in patientswith stroke and TCM syndrome types: flat and matter, blood stasis disease without obvioussyndromes of phlegm dampness trend; after the onset of the syndrome of wind phlegmstasis is the main syndrome; gas main syndrome with hot syndrome stagnation after theonset; Yin deficiency patients the main syndromes in Yinxu Fengdong syndrome afteronset;2.The relationship between TCM Constitution and PSD: Qi stagnation, blood stasis,yin deficiency, phlegm dampness has greater probability of PSD occurrence, but statisticsshow that only phlegm dampness, Qi and PSD correlation (P <0.05)；3.The relationshipbetween syndrome type and PSD syndrome of wind phlegm stasis syndrome: probability, Yinxu Fengdong syndrome, wind syndrome of PSD is larger, but the statistics show thatoccur with PSD TCM syndromes were not correlated (P>0.05)；4.Income related riskfactors of depression in stroke patients: income, not satisfied with the satisfactory are proneto PSD (P <0.05); education: junior high school reachs above culture level is below thehigh school are susceptible to PSD (P <0.05); the degree of neural function defect score:heavy than light easy the occurrence of PSD (P <0.05); the Barthel index: life needdifferent levels to help more of life to take care of people susceptible to PSD (P <0.05)；5.Relationship between depression of the monoamine neurotransmitters5-HT, NE andstroke:5-HT, patients with lower levels of NE PSD greater probability, statistics show thatmonoamine neurotransmitter5-HT, NE levels and the occurrence of PSD (P <0.05).Conclusion：There is a correlation between the patients with ischemic stroke theconstitution of traditional Chinese medicine and TCM Syndrome Types in patients withischemic stroke; TCM Constitution and the occurrence of PSD and PSD occurred;syndromes of TCM syndrome no correlation between the level of monoamineneurotransmitter;5-HT, NE and depression after stroke occurrence.
