The Primary Investigation On The Constitution Of TCM About The Patients With Colonic Polyps

OBJECTIVE The purpose of the investigation is that get the215Patients of The Constitutional Types of TCM and Syndrome Type of TCM with Colorectal Polyps and100people without Colorectal Polyps and understand the distribution of disease.Explore the related factors and reduce the incidence, the recurrence rate, probability of cancer of Colorectal Polyps auxiliary.METHODS Questionnaire Survey:1、Build a table to determine the types of Constitutional:the 《Chinese constitution classification and determination》 formally issued and implemented by Chinese Medical Association on April9,2009As a standard.The patients who diagnosed with colorectal polyps and non-patients in Colonoscopy room of North Sichuan Medical College Hospital Conduct physical identification.2、Information a establish questionnaire about Syndrome Type of TCM:Produced the survey according to research literature and consulting expertise.Using clinical epidemiological methods to collect patient data four diagnostic syndromes.3、Collect the reports of electronic colonoscopy:Number of polyps, Diameter size, Location and Distribution of pathology reports.4、Collect the generally information of patients such as:Gender, Age, BMI (body mass index), Smoking, Drinking and so on. Establish a database and statistical analysis based on the above,and learn the distribution of constitutional and syndrome type and Correlation with related factors.RESULTS1、The distribution of Constitutional Types of TCM:There was a significant difference(P<0.05)on the colorectal polyps group and control group.there were statistically significant.The distribution of colorectal polyps group mainly is Qi deficiency, Phlegm, Qi quality, Damp quality.2、The distribution of syndrome Type of TCM:The main syndromes in colorectal polyps group is spleen and stomach (33.82%), liver qi stagnation (22.71%),large intestine damp-heat syndrome (19.32%);3、The Constitutional Types of TCM and Syndrome Type of TCM in Colorectal polyps group have more significant difference (P<0.05), there is a correlation linking.4、Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors of colorectal polyps group is Age, BMI, Phlegm, Damp Quality, Qi deficiency, Qi quality.CONCLUSION1、The distribution of colorectal polyps group mainly is Qi deficiency, Phlegm, Qi quality, Damp quality.2、The common Syndrome Type of TCM in colorectal polyps group are spleen and stomach, liver qi stagnation, large intestine damp-heat syndrome.3、The Constitutional Types of TCM and Syndrome Type of TCM in Colorectal polyps group have a correlation linking.4、The risk factors of colorectal polyps group is Age, BMI, Phlegm, Damp Quality, Qi deficiency, Qi quality.
