| Objective to investigate the effect and mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine Kang enema in treatment of ulcerative colitis. The construction of Chinese medicine theory of Chinese medicine, to broaden the scope and approaches.Methods 34 cases of patients with ulcerative colitis in Chinese medicine, DaKang Decoction,14d for 1 courses, according to the condition can be continuously used for 2-3 courses of treatment, efficacy. At the same time, the preparation of ulcerative colitis model in rats,60 rats were divided into 5 groups,12 rats in each group. Every given medicine or normal saline enema once, continuous administration for 14 days. The first 14 days, the eye blood, then were killed rats, weighing, quickly take from the anal about 8cm colon, cut along the mesenteric axis, wash cold saline under ice in the 3cm to 8cm from the anal, severe inflammation is left to take tissue, with 10% neutral formalin fixed, paraffin embedded., slice, HE staining to observe pathological changes in parallel, immunohistochemistry.Results Clinical observations suggest that the effect of 34 cases in 27 cases (82%), effective in 7 cases (18%), the total efficiency of 100%; the pus and blood stool, tenesmus symptoms significantly (P<0.05); DaKang Decoction can significantly promote colonic mucosa tissue of rats with HGF, the expression of c-Met, EGFR, PCNA, GSH-PX, SOD the content of serum in rat model, reduce the content of MDA (P<0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine DaKang Decoction on ulcerative colitis have a certain effect; animal experiments showed that the company can improve inflammatory colitis rats infiltration, improve rats in vivo antioxidant enzyme activity, reduce lipid peroxidation in vivo, improve the body’s ability to eliminate free radicals, can regulate and improve unbalanced metabolism of oxygen free radicals. |
