Objective Using in-vitro cultivated calculus bovis with longzhu ointment and triamcinolone econazole cream to treat the perianal eczema respectively, observe the symptoms of the two groups, and compare the clinical curative effect on perianal eczema and the drug safety of the two methods. Methods The clinical observation cases of perianal eczema patients are selected from those admitted in the anorectal section of Hubei Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2013 to December 2013, a total of 60 cases. Divide the patients according to the clinic number with random number table into the treatment group and control group. There are 30 cases in the treatment group with 13 male cases and 17 female cases; there are 14 male cases and 16 female cases in the control group; there is no significant difference of the male female ratio between the two groups. The minimum age and maximum age of treatment group is 14 and 66 respectively, the mean age 40.63±13.84; the minimum age and maximum age of control group is 18 and 69 respectively, the mean age 41.30±11.45; there is no statistical difference between the age of both groups. The shortest and longest course of disease of treatment group is 0.2 month and 48 mouths respectively, the average course 27.19±3.64 mouths; the shortest and longest course of disease of control group is 0.3 month and 60 mouths respectively, the average course 29.15±2.48 mouths; there is no obvious difference between the courses of both groups. For treatment group, mash 0.075 g in-vitro cultivated calculus bovis, mix it in appropriate longzhu ointment, coat a thin layer in skin lesions place; for the control group, take appropriate triamcinolone econazole cream according to the scope of the lesion to coat a thin layer in the skin lesion place. Coat the ointment twice a day after cleaning the anus, 7-day is one course of treatment. After one course of treatment, observe the change of clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment, and compare the difference of clinical effects of the two groups before and after treatment. Results Result analysis after treatment: 14 recovered cases, 10 conspicuous cases, 4 effective cases, 2 ineffective case in treatment group, the total effective rate is 93.3%; 6 recovered cases, 8 conspicuous cases, 11 effective cases, 5 ineffective case in control group, the total effective rate is 83.3%. There is statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05), and the therapeutic effect of treatment group is better than that of the control group. The symptom scores of treatment group before and after treatment are7.27±1.86,2.47±2.33,there is statistical significance between the current and previous scores(P<0.05); the symptom scores of control group before and after treatment are 7.40±1.83,4.87±3.03, there is statistical difference between the current and previous scores(P<0.05); and the treatment group is better than the control group. There is statistical significance of the pruritus condition, the lesions area, lesions form and effusion condition of the two groups before and after the treatment(P<0.05), and the curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group. It indicates that for the treatment of perianal eczema, the curative effect of in-vitro cultivated calculus bovis with longzhu ointment is obviously better than that of triamcinolone econazole cream. Conclusion Using in-vitro cultivated calculus bovis with longzhu ointment to treat the perianal eczema can eliminate the perianal pruritus, reduce the discomfort symptoms such as secretion exudation and moist, fix and eliminate the skin lesion. It is characterized by good treatment effect and fewer side effects, which is a kind of safe therapy with actual effect, so it is worth spreading in clinic.
