Analysis About Theoretical Construction Study Of Visceral Manifestation Of Spleen Based On “Xiang Si Wei(Resembling Thought)” For Representative Medical Books Before Tang Dynasty

Xiang si wei(resembling thought)is the spirt of original thought of tr aditional Chinese medicine.Xiang si wei(resembling thought)of the tradition al Chinese medicine is the vital pattern of thought about the unity for the knowledgement of human beings, natural environment and social condition.The basic feature of the theorectical system of the traditional Chinese medicin e is just based on the pattern on Xiang si wei(resembling thought)of the tr aditional Chinese medicine,emphasized the holism of human beings and univer se that“human beings rooted in qi from univers,grown at all seasons”.There fore,theory of visceral manifestation as the nucleus content of basic theor y of traditional Chinese medicine is not only the significant theory about realizing the physiological function of the human beings,but also the major approach about realizing the unity of human beings,natural environment and social environment.The major pattern of thought about the theoretical const ruction of visceral manifestation is based on “Xiang to dicide the visceral manifestation”.This thesis discriminately collected and definitedly classf ied the relevent provisions of the theory of visceral manifestation of sple en constructed by Xiang si wei(resembling thought)in eleven representive me dical books before Tang Dynasty.To discuss the formation and development on the theory of visceral manifestation of spleen constructed by Xiang si wei (resembling thought),is aimed to recognize the theory of visceral manifesta tion of spleen during specific period,rich and promote the research on meth odology of visceral manifestation of spleen.Objective: To carding the theory of visceral manifestation of spleen starte d from Xian si wei’s(resembling thought)view,according to the representivem edical books before Tang Dynasty,putting into use the methods about Xiang s i wei’s(resembling thought)belong to ancient Chinese philosophy,for approxi mating and originally explaination to the theorectical construction of visc eral manifestation of spleen on the traditional Chinese medicine,furthermor e to lay a foundation for systematically studying the theorectical construc tion of visceral manifestation of spleen.Material and methods: 1.The Resource of the Representive Medical Books: On the basis of “Catalo gue of Chinese Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine” and the spec iality category of literatures,considerately select eleven representive med ical books before Tang Dynasty,as follows:(1)Medical Classic:“Huangdi’s Canon of Medicine·Plain Questions”、“M iraculous Pirot”、“Classic of Medical Problems”、“Pulse Classic”、“Gra nd Simplicity of Inner Canon of Huangdi”;(2)Typhoid Golden:“Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases”、“Synopsis of Golden Chamber”;(3)Materia Medica:“Shen Nong’s Herbal”;(4)Comprehensive Formular Classic:“Essential Recipes for Emergent Use Wo rth A Thousand Gold”、“A Supplement to Recipes Worth A Thousand Gold”;(5)Comprehensive Medical Classic:“General Treatise on causes and Manifes tations of All Diseases”. Attention:(Due to the arrangement for reseach on visceral manifestation of spleen is too complicant to figure out,the system of channels and collatera ls is not involved in the part of this research.) 2.Fit into Words:The words about the theorectical construction of visceral manifestation of spleen(contained spleen itself)largely involved as follow s:(1)Yin and Yang Classification: Tai yin、Zhi yin、San yin;(2)Five Elements Classification: Earth element;(3)Direction Classification: Middle-jiao、Centre 、Middle-earth;(4)Time Classification: All the seasons、Long summer、Chen、Wei、Xu、Cho u、Wu、Ji;(5)Eight Diagrams Classification: Kun、Gen. 3.Analysis and Induction: In the light of the basic patterns and approache s of Xiang si wei(resembling thought)of traditional Chinese medicine,to sys tematically carding the relevent provisions about Xiang of morphology,Xiang of physiology,Xiang of pathology of visceral manifestation of spleen in the development,aims to discuss the evidences,approaches,features and regularpa tterns of the theory of visceral manifestation of spleen constructed by Xia ng si wei(resembling thought).Results: 1.The Xiang of analogy diverse forms In the“Huangdi’s Canon of Medicine”,“Classic of Medical Problems”,the objective quantitative description about the location,weight and constr uction of spleen, in view of this,from the features about morphology of spl een and position to the Xiang of function of visceral manifestation of sple en. 2.The Xiang of multi-dimension systematic physiology From spleen’s Xiang of occupation, Xiang of yin and yang,Xiang of five elemennts, Xiang of eight diagrams, Xiang of system and Xiang of functiont o discuss the Xiang of physiology of spleen.Zhi yin of Xiang of yin and yan g has a double meaning among these, it not only states Xiang of yin and yan g,but also meanwhile includes Xiang of time, for long summer;Xiang of five elements contains the Xiang of space and the Xiang of time;Xiang of system contains the Xiang of respondence of natural environment and human beings;Xiang of function of visceral manifestation of spleen shows the similaritie s and difference on spleen and stomach for
