Background:Chronic prostatitis, one of the most common disease in urology, male crowd incidence can be as high as 2.5 to 16.0%, the recurrence rate is as high as 20% to 50%, it is the most common under 50 male urology diseases.Chronic prostatitis of various types of chronic bacterial prostatitis(13.4%), found in the study of existing prostate in the male reproductive system is vulnerable to bacterial infection of pathogenic microorganisms such as one of the organs, and pathogenic microorganism infection through direct of prostate tissue damage or its decomposition prostate tissue metabolites and other indirect damage that cause the occurrence of CBP, the main pathogenic bacteria in gram-negative bacteria CBP for e. coli and klebsiella pneumonia bacteria.Rates as high as 60% ~ 70% of periodontitis is one of the three major disease oral health, it is a kind of infectious disease, can cause inflammation of periodontal support tissues necrosis, connective tissue attachment loss, periodontal pocket formation and alveolar bone absorption, the final outcome for teeth is loose and missing.Periodontitis caused by gram-negative bacteria more company actinobacillus, gums, porphyrins, forsyth bacterium coli, etc.Gram-negative bacteria is thought to be of periodontitis and the pathogens of chronic bacterial prostatitis.In the pathogenesis of periodontitis and prostatitis have cytokine imbalance caused by increased proinflammatory factor as well as anti-inflammatory factor decrease.Studies have shown that periodontitis and CP has connection with penile erectile dysfunction, and Nishant Joshi, etc of the clinical study found that the relation between prostatitis merge periodontal attachment level of 2.7 mm or more subjects the prostate specific antigen levels higher than that of the other simple prostatitis prostatitis subjects or combined with periodontitis.According to the above information, we think the chronic bacterial prostatitis and there may be some correlation between periodontitis.ObjectiveThis experiment aims to establish animal model of chronic bacterial prostatitis in rats and to study the possible relationship between periodontitis and occurrence and development mechanism of chronic bacterial prostatitis and disease prevention and control to provide a new train of thought.Materials and methods:1. Established in rats with chronic bacterial prostatitis and animal model of periodontitis: the 80 SD rats were randomly divided into 4 weeks and 8 weeks group, each group 40, only then 4 weeks and 8 weeks group rats were randomly divided into blank control group, chronic bacterial prostatitis model group,periodontitis model group, chronic bacterial prostatitis + periodontitis model group, each group of ten only.Reference Li Meng etc. The method of establishing the model of chronic bacterial prostatitis,reference Kong Yan etc. The method to establish model of periodontitis.2. In four weeks, 8 weeks after modeling records each rat periodontal clinical indicators: periodontal attachment loss degree, bleeding index, periodontal pocket depth and alveolar bone absorption values.3. In 4 weeks after modeling and modeling of eight weeks after the death and remove the prostate tissue of rats and mice and rats using HE staining to detect prostate tissue pathological changes and inflammation.4. Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect prostate tissue of rats in each group respectively the content of tumor necrosis factor-alpha and interleukin- 1beta.Result1. Transverse compare CBP and CBP + PE group 4 weeks inflammation degree has no obvious difference(P > 0.05), and 8 weeks CBP + PE group has high degree of inflammation than the 8 weeks CBP group(P < 0.05), the longitudinal comparison 8 weeks CBP, CBP + PE group 4 weeks from CBP, CBP + PE group inflammation low scores(P < 0.05).2. In 4 weeks and 8 weeks CBP + PE, CBP group of TNF alpha, IL- 1 beta is relatively high N and PE group(P < 0.05), and 8 weeks CBP + PE group is higher than the 8 weeks CBP group(P < 0.05), 8 weeks of CBP + PE, CBP group was lower than those of CBP + PE, CBP group 4 weeks(P < 0.05).3. In various clinical periodontal index, 4 weeks and 8 weeks N, CBP group are lower than 4 weeks and 8 weeks PE, CBP + PE group(P < 0.05), and there was no evident difference between N, CBP group(P > 0.05) and 8 weeks of PE, CBP + PE group are higher than 4 weeks PE, CBP + PE group(P < 0.05).Conclusion1. Periodontitis, alone will not cause chronic bacterial prostatitis.2. The rat model of chronic bacterial prostatitis in long period of observation, the prostate gland present self-healing tendencies.3. Rat chronic bacterial prostatitis long with periodontitis can inhibit rat chronic bacterial prostatitis self-healing tendency to keep them in the stage of chronic inflammation.
