The Theoretical And Clinical Research On Simultaneous Treatment Of Liver Lung And Stomach Method In Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease With Syndrome Of Incoordination Between Liver And Stomach

Objective:The aim of this study was to explore the application of the simultaneous treatment of liver,lung and stomach method in gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach through literature and clinical research,providing the theoretical basis of the simultaneous treatment of liver,lung and stomach method in GERD of the syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach,and to observe the clinical efficacy of GERD with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach treated by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:1.Theoretical study: based on the researches of past dynasties and the present researches on simultaneous treatment of liver,lung and stomach theory,to bring forward the theory of simultaneous treatment of liver,lung and stomach,to illustrate the TCM pathogenesis and treatment of the GERD with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach on the base of theoretical connotation. 2.Clinical study : 63 cases with GERD with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach were divided into two groups randomly,the treatment group(traditional Chinese medicine,1/day+ pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules, 40mg/time, 2times/day) and the control group(pantoprazole sodium enteric-coated capsules,40mg/time,2times/day+ domperidone 10mg/time,3times/day), and after 12 weeks of therapy,observe the curative effect of two groups before and after treatment, symptoms and changes under gastroscope, analysis the clinical curative effect.Analysis data processing using SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Result:The treatment group total effective rate was 90.00% while the control group was 83.33%,both groups have certain curative effect on treatment of GERD,and treatment group is better.Chinese medicine clinical symptom integral comparison and also the comparation the effect of improving clinical symptoms with two groups such as heartburn,acid reflux,retrosternal burning pain,two side ribs bilge full or pain,belching and difficulty swallowing shows that there is significant difference between the treatment and control group(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group. patients’ mental state can be improved significantly in treatment group,the recurernce rate in treatment group is lower,there is significant difference between the treatment and control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: TCM plus western medicine treatment of GERD with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach has significant curative effect than pure western medicine treatment,can largely improve clinical symptoms,is one of the main effective method in clinical treatment of GERD with syndrome of incoordination between liver and stomach.
