Objective Case studies and diagnostic value HSP90 α expression in colorectal cancer, and to investigate the blood HSP90α, CEA, CA19-9 expression relationship with clinicopathological factors in the blood of patients with colorectal. Methods 1. Case-control study method, the choice in June 2014- January 2015 in Ningxia medical university institute of hospitalization were confirmed by histopathologic examination of surgical operation in treating 111 patients with colorectal cancer as HSP90ɑ experimental group;With a random sample of 15 cases of patients with tumor as HSP90ɑ control group.1.1 Use of HSP90ɑ ELISA kit for HSP9 ɑ in plasma content determination.Comparison analysis of the experimental group and control group HSP90ɑ content differences.1.2 Application of SPSS 17.0 software, draw the be on probation characteristic curve(ROC), the author analysis the plasma HSP90ɑ value to the diagnosis of colorectal cancer.1.3 According to the measured in the experimental group plasma HSP90ɑ content, analysis of the gender, age, degree of tumor differentiation, lesion site, TNM stage, the relationship between the infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis.1.4 Using the method of immunohistochemical analysis of HSP90ɑ in carcinoma tissue, the discrepancies in the adjacent tissues and normal tissues.2. Using case-control study method, choose 149 patients with colorectal cancer as CEA and CA19-9 experimental group, with a random sample of 60 cases of tumor patients as CEA and CA19-9 in the control group.2.1 Clinical information collected by the CEA and CA19-9 experimental data obtained.2.2 Comparison analysis of HSP90 ɑ, CEA and CA19-9, CEA + CA19-9 and CEA + CA19-9 + HSP90ɑ positive rate, sensitivity and specific degrees.2.3 According to the measured experimental content of serum CEA and CA19-9, CEA and CA19-9 is analysed with the gender, age, degree of tumor differentiation, lesion site, TNM stage, the relationship between the infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. Results 1. Plasma HSP90ɑ results in the experimental group and control group.1.1 HSP90ɑ is found in the plasma in the colorectal cancer group, 134.099 ng/ml, significantly higher than the normal range of 82.06 ng/ml, HSP90ɑ in the normal group in plasma content of 73.244 ng/ml, lower than the normal range.Two groups of data comparison, P = 0.018, with statistical significance(P < 0.05), indicating that colorectal cancer group of HSP90 in plasma ɑ content is higher than in normal group.1.2 HSP90ɑ area under the ROC curve is 0.689, 95% range 0.579 0.798.HSP90ɑ about index is 0.422, the sensitivity was 62.20%, 80%, the accuracy is 68.25%, positive predictive value was 93.83%, negative predictive value was 22.22%, positive likelihood ratio is 2.954, the negative likelihood ratio of 0.946.1.3 In colorectal cancer group, HSP90ɑ content in plasma in gender, age, degree of tumor differentiation, pathological changes, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis, there were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05), showed that HSP90ɑ content in plasma and gender, age, degree of tumor differentiation, pathological changes, infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis.1.4 HSP90ɑ mainly expressed in the cytoplasm, yellowish-brown granule, a small amount of expression in the nucleus.By immunohistochemical method in 41 cases of carcinoma tissue, the tissue adjacent to carcinoma and normal tissues HSP90ɑ expression positive rate is respectively: 73.17%, 24.39%, 21.95%.Compares x2 inspection,carcinoma tissues and adjacent tissues and normal tissues of positive rate,P value is 0.000, P<0.01, with a statistically significant difference between the HSP90ɑ in cancer organization content increased significantly.Tissue adjacent to carcinoma and normal tissue were P value is 0.794, no statistical difference of HSP90ɑ in tissue adjacent to carcinoma and normal organization ɑ content is no difference.2. The CEA and CA19-9 in the results of the experimental group and control group, and HSP90ɑ joint detection results.2.1 CEA normal 0-5.2mg/ml, the sensitivity was 40.94%, 90%;CA19-9 normal 0-27 mg/ml, the sensitivity was 12.84%, 93.3%.2.2 HSP90ɑ positive rate was 68.5%, the CEA positive rate was 41.6%, CA19-9 positive rate was 41.6%, HSP90ɑ positive rate, respectively, compared with the positive rate of CEA and CA19-9, P values were 0.000, P<0.01, HSP90ɑ diagnosis positive rate difference was statistically significant, that HSP90ɑ positive rate is higher than the positive rate of CEA and CA19-9.2.3 The CEA + CA19-9 + HSP90ɑ joint detection positive rate was 84.6%.Examined the x2 two comparison and analysis, in addition to the CEA and CEA + CA19-9 joint detection P value is 0.78, P>0.05,no statistical difference, the rest all P values were less than 0.01, statistically significant difference.Tip the CEA + CA19-9 + HSP90ɑ joint detection is better than that of CEA and CA19-9, HSP90ɑ detection alone and combined detection of CEA + CA19-9.2.4 The CEA and CA19-9 in the content in serum of patients with colorectal cancer associated with TNM staging and pathologic differentiation degree of tumor, CEA and CA19-9 in judging clinical stage and prognosis of colorectal cancer has important significance. Conclusion HSP90ɑ can become one of the important tumor marker of colorectal cancer.HSP90ɑ associated with CEA, CA199 test improve the discovery rate of colorectal cancer.
