Objective To study the chemical components about n-butanol fraction of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.)Hance. Methods In this experiment, the whole of Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.)Hance was as raw material. The compounds were separated and purified by various column chromatography(silicagel、Sephadex LH-20、macroporous resin DS-401 etc.), the structures were identified by spectral analysis. Results In the n-butanol fraction, six monomers were isolated, which were identified as Apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside methyl ester, Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucuronopyranoside methyl ester, Apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, Sonchifolignan A and Luteolin.Conclusion To lay the foundation of the modern research of the mogolian medicine Ixeris sonchifolia(Bge.)Hance.Objective To establish determination method of dehydrodiisoeugenol from Roudoukoubawei capsule. Methods HPLC.Phenomen Kromasil C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)was used;Mobile phase was methanol-water(67:33);Detective wavelength was 274 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 70.40ng~704.0ng, y=13657X-25127(γ=0.9999); The average recovery was 98.14%(RSD=1.07%. n=9). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Roudoukoubawei capsule.
