Effect Of Suanzhiqing Component On The Experimental Rat Model Of Acute Gouty Arthritis And Its Secretion Of PGE₂ And IL-6

Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory pharmacological mechanism of Suanzhiqing by observing its effect on joint swelling degree of hyperuricemia rat model accompanied by acute gouty arthritis, and on the secretion of blood uric acid(BUA), PGE2 and IL-6.Methods 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups,normal control group model group Colchicine group Suanzhiqing group. Each group rats to adopt different methods of intervention intervene in seven days. Model groups rats are build model before filling the stomachs in seventh day morning.24 hours after model was built, inferior vena cava blood was collected to detect BUA, PGE2 and IL-6.Results The joints of model group were markedly swollen in different period after model establishment,each time period the contrast of control group and model group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the the control group, the levels of serum uric acid,IL-6 and PGE2 increased remarkably(P<0.05); the blood uric acid of Acid-Ester Qing group decreased significantly, compared with the model group(P <0.01);the serum PGE2 of Acid-Ester Qing group decreased remarkly, compared with the model group(P <0.05), serum IL-6 levels did not change significantly.Conclusion Serum uric acid, IL-6 and PGE2 levels increased in acute gouty arthritis animal model; Acid-Ester Qing prescription can reduce the level of serum uric acid as well as PGE2 in hyperuricemia associated with acute gouty arthritis model. Acid-Ester Qing prescription has certain preventive and therapeutic effect on hyperuricemia associated with acute gouty arthritis; this research deepened the under standing of hyperuricemia associated with acute gouty arthritis. The study also effectively combined the traditional Chinese medicine theory with the modern research,had great meaning to the development and clinical application of Chinese medicine.
