| ObjectivesProfessor Xie-jingri experience prescription of Ping Kui Zhixie Decoction were observed in the clinical curative effect of treating ulcer colonitis of damp heat in the large intestine and liver type.MethodsThis paper selected object during February December 2014 to 2016 in Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine clinic of liver, spleen and stomach department in the First Affiliated Hospital of patients, in line with the inclusion criteria of 35 patients all day be Xie Jinri, Professor Fang Ping Kui Zhixie Decoction in the treatment. The total treatment time was 12 weeks. And in 12 weeks after endoscopy. The main clinical symptoms before and after treatment were analyzed, the effect of the intestinal mucosal lesion and comprehensive curative effect of the whole.ResultsAfter treatment, curative effect of comprehensive total efficiency was 88.57%, cure rate was 5.71%; TCM syndrome curative effect of total efficiency of 94.29%, before treatment and after treatment syndrome integral by statistical two sample non parametric tests and analysis, Z=-5.167, P< 0.01, significant differences, with statistical significance; before and after the treatment of single TCM syndrome integral analysis comparison, P<0.01, the symptoms before and after treatment, there are significant differences, with statistical significance; intestinal mucosa effect of total efficiency was 91.43%, before and after the treatment of intestinal mucosa severity analysis comparison, P< 0.01, before and after treatment exist significant differences, with statistical significance.Conclusions1. Ping Kui Zhixie Decoction can obviously improve the large intestine damp heat and stagnation of Qi due to depression of the liver ulcer colitis in patients with intestinal mucosa ulcer, debaucjed, hyperaemia, edema and so on.2. Ping Kui Zhixie Decoction to alleviate the symptoms of damp heat syndrome and liver depression patients curative effect is very significant. |
