Effects Of Total Flavone Of Abnormal Savda Munziq On The Proliferation And Collagen Synthesis Of Hypertrophic Scar Fibroblasts

Objective: To evaluate in vitro effect of Abnormal savda munziq-total flavonoids on the proliferation and collagen synthesis of human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts(HFs).Methods: HFs was cultured in vitro and treated with different concentrations of ASMq-TF. Then, the cell proliferation was detected by CCK-8. The expression of collagen was detected by RT-PCR and Western blot.Results: ASMq-TF can inhibit the proliferation of HFs and inhibit the expression of collagen protein Ⅰ.Conclusions: The results of this experiment showed that ASMq-TF inhibited the proliferation of HFs by promoting SMAD7 synthesis and reducing Collagen secretionⅠ.
