Objective: The effects of different concentrations of Uygur Medicine ASMq ASMq effect of hypertrophic scar fibroblast migration rate and proliferation and the expression of related proteins in vitro, and to explore the growth inhibition of hypertrophic scar from different aspects. Methods: Using enzyme digestion in vitro cultured human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts, which can be divided into 6 groups: normal skin group: blank control group: the experimental group(3 groups were added to different concentrations of ASMq0.2mg/ml,mg/ml 0.35,0.5mg/ml)and positive group(adding 5-fluorouracil0.2mg/ml),the corresponding drug intervention on each cell by cell CCK-8,Western migration experiment, blot experiment to check the application effect of abnormal savda mature rate of migration, proliferation and transforming growth factor beta /Smad signaling pathway change agent cell. Results: At the same time, compared with normal skin group, blank control group of hypertrophic scar fibroblast migration rate was increased significantly(P<0.05),compared with the control group, with the increase of ASMq-TF concentration, hypertrophic scar fibroblast migration rate decreased gradually(P<0.05).ASMq downregulated the expression of Collagen I and Collagen III in fibroblasts induced by TGF-?1(P<0.05),while ASMq significantly increased the expression of Smad7(P<0.05)inhibited by TGF-?1.Conclusions: The results show that with the increase of ASMq concentration, hypertrophic scar fibroblast migration rate was inhibited, and ASMq can promote the synthesis of Smad7 to block the hypertrophic scar fibroblasts TGF-beta /Smad signal transduction pathway, thereby reducing fibroblast proliferation and Collagen synthesis of 1...
