Clinical Observation Of Dapoxetine Combined With Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder In The Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation

Objective:To observe the effect of dapoxetine combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder in the treatment of premature ejaculation of stagnation of liver qi,and to explore the treatment of premature ejaculation with the combination of Chinese and Western medicine,so as to improve the symptoms and quality of life of patients with premature ejaculation.Methods:According to the order of patients when they went to the hospital,75 patients with premature ejaculation who met the diagnostic criteria of this project were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group(25 cases),western medicine group(25 cases)and combined group(25 cases).During the treatment,7 cases fell off,3 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group,2 cases in the western medicine group and 2 cases in the combined group;the control group was in the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,and the observation group was in the combined group.In the control group,dapoxetine hydrochloride was taken orally;in the control group,Danzhixiaoyao powder was taken;in the combined group,dapoxetine hydrochloride was taken together with Danzhixiaoyao powder;for 5 weeks,the patients' intravaginal ejaculation latency(IELT),cipe-5 score,TCM symptom score and spouse sexual life satisfaction score were recorded before and after treatment,and the results were compared and evaluated.Results:1.Before treatment,there were no differences in age,cipe-5 score,IELT,spouse sexual life satisfaction score and TCM syndrome score among the three groups(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of clinical effective rate(CIPE-5>18): the effective rate was 54.54% in the traditional Chinese medicine group,56.52% in the western medicine group and 82.60% in the combined group.3.IELT comparison: the average IELT of the patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group was prolonged from(0.52 ± 0.32)min before treatment to(2.46 ± 1.32)min;the average lelt of the patients in the western medicine group was prolonged from(0.47±0.28)min before treatment to(2.62 ± 1.46)min;the average IELT of the patients in the combined group was prolonged from(0.45 ± 0.34)min before treatment to(3.72 ±1.67)min.4.Comparison of cipe-5 scores: in the traditional Chinese medicine group,the cipe-5 score increased from(9.65 ± 3.42)before treatment to(16.44 ± 3.43);in the western medicine group,the average cipe-5 score increased from(9.78 ± 3.45)before treatment to(17.28 ± 3.57);in the combined group,the average cipe-5 score increased from(10.14 ± 3.28)before treatment to(21.36 ± 2.93).5.Comparison of spouse's sexual life satisfaction: the score of spouse's sexual life satisfaction in the Chinese medicine group increased from(3.87 ± 1.45)before treatment to(6.33 ± 1.28);the score of spouse's sexual life satisfaction in the western medicine group increased from(3.74 ± 1.56)before treatment to(6.26 ± 1.43);the score of spouse's sexual life satisfaction in the combined group increased from(3.97 ± 1.35)before treatment to(7.65 ± 1.37).6.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: the average TCM syndrome score of TCM group decreased from(11.93 ±1.25)before treatment to(4.42 ± 1.38);the average TCM syndrome score of Western medicine group decreased from(11.67±1.38)before treatment to(4.67±1.57);the average TCM syndrome score of combined group decreased from(11.69±1.48)before treatment to(2.57 ±1.21).7.Comparison between different groups: after 5 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficiency,IELT,cipe-5,TCM syndrome score,spouse sexual life satisfaction of the combination group were significantly better than those of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);but the clinical efficiency,IELT,cipe-5,TCM syndrome score,spouse sexual life satisfaction of the western medicine group and the Chinese medicine group were not statistically significant(P>0.05)?Conclusions:Dapoxetine combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder can significantly improve the efficacy of premature ejaculation and improve the symptoms of premature ejaculation;the clinical effect is better than that of dapoxetine hydrochloride or Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder.It can provide reference for clinicians.
