Clinical Observation On The Warm-needle Acupuncture Fot Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis

Purpose:To observe the clinical efficiency between warm-needle acupuncture and acupuncture on the treatment of ulcerative colitis spleen-kidney yang deficiency.Method:60 cases of spleen- kidney yang deficiency ulcerative colitis patients were randomly divided into two groups:a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each group. The observation group was treater by warm-needle acupuncture and the control group by acupuncture. After two courses of treatment, from 4 aspects,the clinical comprehensive effect,TCM syndrome clinical efficacy, modified Mayo score and the improvement of intestinal mucosa,to compare and evaluate theclinicalefficiency of two groups patients.Result:1.Evaluation the two groups of patients’ clinical efficacy: Treatment group total effective rate was89.66%,, control group total effective rate was 66.67%, there was a significant difference,(P< 0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Evaluation the two groups of patients’ traditional Chinese medicine syndrome effeciency, treatment group total effective rate 93.10%, total effective rate 74.07%, there was a significant difference(P< 0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Comparing the two groups of patients’ the treatment UC activity improved Mayo score,there were significant differences(P< 0.05), the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Comparing the two groups of patients’ endoscopic intesinal mucosa effect, the treatment group improved significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:Both the warm-needleacupuncture group and the acupuncture group can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,disease acticity,endoscopic mucosal situation, warm-needleacupuncture is significantly better than that of routine acupuncture group.
