ObjectivesThis articles study form the theory of spleen-stamache qi-activity ascending-descending of traditional Chinese medicine, observing the effects of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney,, ascending the clear and descending turbid method on the laboratory indexes and the symptom scores of the patients with chronic kidney disease 3-5, Objective to evaluate the effect of this method on patients with chronic kidney disease 3-5, and provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of chronic kidney disease with Chinese medicine.MethodsBy using the method of random control research, according to western medicine of chronic kidney disease stage 3-5 diagnostic criteria and TCM spleen kidney qi deficiency and dampness turbid syndrome diagnostic criteria,50 cases of chronic kidney disease in patients with 3-5 were selected with spleen and kidney deficiency and dampness turbid as the research object, randomly divided into the treatment group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases). Two groups were given to improve renal circulation, control blood pressure, Control blood sugar and blood fat, correct anemia, correct electrolyte disorder and acid-base imbalance, correct anemia, correct calcium phosphate metabolic disorders and other symptomatic support therapy, the treatment group were given the basic treatment with Strengthening the spleen and kidney, ascending the clear and descending the turbid of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment. After 8 weeks, to observe and collecte TCM syndrome integral and (BUN、SCR、GFR、Hgb、ALB) Changes of laboratory indexes of treatment group and control group before and after treatment, using state11.0 for statistical analysis of the data, To evaluate the clinical effect of invigorating the spleen and kidney, ascending the clear and descending turbid method on the 3-5 state of chronic kidney disease.ResultsTo compare the clinical total curative effect of Treatment group and control group, The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (p<0.05).The two groups of patients before and after treatment of clinical symptoms points were improved, the treatment group was superior than the control group, with statistical significance (p<0.05). Two groups before and after treatment, SCR, GFR, HGB, ALB were all improved with statistical significance (p<0.05). comparing among groups, Bun, SCR, GFR, HGB difference was statistically significant(p<0.05)after treatment, ALB was not statistically significant (p>0.05).ConclusionsBased on the theory of spleen-stamache qi-activity ascending-descending of traditional Chinese medicine, The method of invigorating the spleen and tonifying the kidney, ascending the clear and descending turbid can improve chronic kidney disease stage 3-5 symptom scores, effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients, reduce the blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, Cystatin C level and improve glomerular filtration rate and hemoglobin levels, improve renal function and anemia and delay the progression of chronic kidney disease.
