| Objective:To research the clinical effects of ascending the clear and descending the turbid method to treat people with bad breath in spleen-deficiency and wetness-heat in Sichuan region.Methods:The 60 cases of bad breath in spleen-deficiency and wetness-heat incorporated into this topic in Sichuan area were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=30) and the control group (n=30).Both groups were given the foundation treatment of life adjustment. The treatment group was also combined with oral traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).The course of treatment was two weeks, and the treatment had two courses. The two groups were observed the clinical effect after a period of treatment, after two periods of treatment and follow-up.Results:(1) In the symptoms of bad breath, the treatment group has obvious curative effect, but the control group's curative effect is not obvious. The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3%. The total effective rate of the control group is 44.8%.The total curative effect has prominent difference (p<0.05) between the two groups. The treatment group is superior to the control group.(2) In the symptoms of TCM, the two groups all have obvious curative effect. The total effective rate of the treatment group is 96.7%. The total effective rate of the control group is 79.3%.The total curative effect has prominent difference (p<0.05) between the two groups. The treatment group is superior to the control group.(3)In the follow-up, the effective rate of the treatment group is 89.7%, and the effective rate of the control group is 51.9%.The effective has prominent difference (p<0.05) between the two groups. The treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion:Based on the theory of ascending the clear and descending the turbid and to formulate the yi xiang powder has significant curative effect to the bad breath in spleen-deficiency and wetness-heat in Sichuan area, and it is worthy of further clinical research and extension. |
