Objective:1、Collected in January 2015- October 2015 in Shanxi Academy of Medical Sciences Shanxi Dayi Hospital confirmed by pathological biopsy or surgical pathology results of the clinical data of patients with benign or malignant prostate disease, routine MRI and diffusion weighted imaging(DWI) and dynamic enhanced contrast-enhancement MRI(DCE- MR).2、Analyzing the performances and characteristics of T2 WI and DCE-MRI、signal intensity-time curve(SI-T) of PCa、 BPH 、HGPIN.3、To evaluate the value of MRI dynamic contrast-enhancement(DCE-MRI) in diagnosis of prostatic carcinoma(PCa)、high-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia(HGPIN) and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Material and Methods:77 patients who were collected in Shanxi Academy of Medical Sciences Shanxi Dayi Hospital from January 2015 to October 2015. Analyzing the characteristics of the Clinical data、conventional MR, DWI and dynamic enhanced contrast-enhancement MRI data. Among them 23 cases is PCa, 41 cases is BPH, 13 cases is HGPIN. Use Philips Achieva 3.0 T MR workstation for DCE – MR to drawing SI-t curve, and measureing semi-quantitative parameters(Tmax、SImax、Rmax).Compared the differences between them. Results:SI-T curve parameters:Tmax from low to high was PCa、HGPIN、m BPH、s BPH(P<0.05)respectively, 56.25±10.21、70.79±16.76、167.89±33.62、199.79±22.41. SImax from low to high was s BPH、PCa、m BPH、HGPIN(P<0.05)respectively, 146.79±24.27、189.63±59.26、196.17±37.47、239.07±65.90. Rmax from low to high was s BPH、m BPH、 PCa、HGPIN(P<0.05),respectively,8.79±3.40、13.22±4.03、37.82±14.18、40.31±13.55(P<0.05). Conclusion:1、Notwithstanding DCE-MRI can prolong the patient’s inspection time, there still have many pregnant differences in DCE-MRI parameters in prostate diseases. DCE-MRI was very helpful to diagnose and differentiate benign and malignant diseases of prostates.2、HGPIN is the precancerous lesions of PCa, both of the parameters of the DCE-MR is overlap, DCE – MR diagnostic value of HGPIN and PCa need more research.
