This paper based on a series of psychological research methods, for example, literature review, interview and questionnaire. We revised the Hui’s culture alienation scale and the Hui’s acculturation stress scale, which have a favorable reliability and validity. We collected400initial data (effective questionnaire) of Hui nationality in Ningxia province. After the preliminary study of culture alienation and acculturation stress by the method of exploratory factor analysis, we established the formal scale of Hui’s culture alienation and Hui’s acculturation stress. Then, we collected673(effective questionnaire) Hui’s data in Ningxia province, investigated the reliability and validity of these two sacles, and studied the actual situation of Ningxia Hui’s culture alienation. Finally, further explore the the relationship of Hui’s cultural alienation, cultural identity, acculturation stress and coping style. The results are:(1)The revised questionnaire of Hui culture alienation has a favorable homogeneity reliability and split-half reliability,that are0.804and0.787, and its validity accords with the demands of psychometrics. Factor analysis showed that the questionnaire has5dimensions:sense of cultural differences, sense of cultural control, sense of cultural isolation, sense of non-involved in culture and sense of separation.(2)Sense of cultural differences, sense of cultural control, sense of cultural isolation, sense of non-involved in culture,sense of separation and the overall cultural alienation were not significant in gender variable; in grade variable, cultural differences, sense of cultural control, sense of non-involved in culture and the overall cultural alienation have significant differences, while sense of cultural isolation and sense of separation have no significant differences;in the family residence variable, sense of cultural control, ense of non-involved in culture and the overall cultural alienationhave significant differences, but cultural differences, sense of cultural isolation and sense of separation have no significant differences; in the composition of residents variable, sense of cultural control, sense of non-involved in culture, sense of separation and the overall cultural alienation have significant differences,while cultural differences and sense of cultural isolation have no significant differences. Through regression analysis which showed that the national identity of parents is the main affecting variable of the overall cultural alienation and its5dimensions.(3)The revised questionnaire of Hui’s stress of acculturation has a favorable homogeneity reliability and split-half reliability,that are0.832and0.778, and its validity accords with the demands of psychometrics. Factor analysis showed that the questionnaire has3dimensions: discrimination and prejudice, fear of culture loss and material culture differences. So,it could be applied as a tool for further studies.(4)With the construction of structure equation modeling of cultural alienation, cultural identity, acculturation stress and coping style, which suggested that cultural alienation is affect cultural identity throuth acculturation stress and coping style,the mediating effects are all significant.
