With the development of society and the great change of people's life style,the mental health of undergraduate students is not optimistic,which is becoming more and more difficult for the individual and the society.There are many factors that affect the mental health of the undergraduate students,and the pressure of the undergraduate students is one of the factors.Studies have shown the relationship between the stress and mental health of the students,but not all of the students in the face of pressure will have mental health problems,so the study of factors that will affect the individual will influence the psychological health is an important topic in the face of pressure.The literature review of the past have found the pressure factors could affect the mental health in many aspects,this paper explore this problem mainly according to three aspects of influence factors: the coping style,psychological resilience and self.At the same time,this thesis is also to explore the relationship between coping style and psychological resilience and self-identity,and the relationship between the various variables and demographic variables,especially in the construction of these variables on the model between different ethnic groups.This study adopts questionnaire survey method to conduct the research,mainly by Li Hong et al.We prepare for the college stress scale,undergraduate students' self identity status scale,general health questionnaire 20,simplified coping style questionnaire and adolescent mental resilience questionnaire.The subjects were students of Teachers college.The data was analyzed by SPSS21.0 and AMOS22.0?The results are as follows:(1)different ethnic differs in all variables significantly,specific students stress level was significantly greater than that of Uygur students of Han nationality;Han students' identity status and resilience is higher than that of Uygur students;mental health of the students of Uygur slightly worse than Han students,with negative coping styles are better than Han students.The self identity of rural students is higher than that of urban students.The resilience and self identity of female students were higher than that of male students,and the positive coping style of female students was higher than that of boys.Liberal arts students are higher than science students.The students feel the pressure is higher than the students at higher than Han people in class,students at the same row type of self is higher than that of Han people and ethnic class class,Han people students self identity moratorium and achievement of a class are higher than the other two forms of resilience at the higher than the other two classes.The pressure level 3 was significantly higher than that of a second,the mental health problems of junior higher than a big one in the self-identity of dispersion and resilience is higher than the second higher than the third,the exclusive type of self-identity is higher than one,third,freshman tend to use positive coping,Junior tend to be negative coping.(2)Stress events were positively correlated with mental health,self identity and stressful events and mental health also showed a significant correlation,and self-identity between stressful events and mental health plays an intermediary role.(3)Resilience and stress events and coping style have significant correlation and full mediating effect,resilience and self identity have significant correlation with correlation between stress and resilience and self-identity can play an intermediary role,self-identity and resilience in stressful events and coping style on the chain intermediary role in mediating effect of resilience and coping style in stressful events and mental health significantly,self identity and mental health and positive coping between stressful events and mental health of the chain type significant mediating effect,(4)The protective factors of resilience(self identity and positive coping style)was significantly higher than that of non resilience,(5)Experienced adversity individuals use positive coping to deal with the pressure,so that the level of mental health and improve Showing the resilience,(6)Different nationalities in different majors,grades,class forms and idioms are significantly different,(7)The national regulatory role in all of the models are not significant.In summary,this study discusses the influencing undergraduate students' College Students' mental health status in the face of stressful events when the students' self-identity,resilience and coping style in three aspects,the research results can give tips for undergraduate students mental health education,which can be based on a body of management,for their own pressure to improve the level of resilience,with proper coping style and promote the formation of self-identity for psychological intervention of college students,promote their adaptation to college life and improve mental health.
