It analysis the " Guizi" meaning and extended meaning from semantic perspective, and induces the generation and evolution of complexity in the hundred years of Chinese literature.At the same time, the " Guizi" image haves the function due to the environmental, ecological, writer, literary creation mentality of the mainstream ideology and so on. The" Guizi" of the negative words not only embodies the time, but also include space characteristic,which have the dual dimension of space.The second chapter mainly analyzes the contemporary Chinese literature in the United States of America" Guizi" and Japanese"Guizi" image. In essence, both images are ideology images in imagologie of comparative literature, and also are the product of social collective imagination. The " Guizi" images are the Chinese writers construct images, including a strong emotional attitude. This self emotion attitude of self affirmation and negation of the other constitutes the contradictory structure model. The image of "Guizi" as one country to exotic misreading has its real side and imaginary components,and this is a natural phenomenon. Its spreading ways are variety of methods, such as film and television, books, documentary, memorial and so all. These jointly promote the "Guizi" image of the cognition and the understanding.
