The Research Of The Influence Of Confucian Culture On Chinese Private Enterprise Management

Private enterprises are very important in China’s economy, but the issue of its management has always been problematic. They are influenced by both traditional Confucian culture and western management theory, but absorbing them is not so easy in real practice. In this paper we try to find a way out for the troubled private enterprises in China so that they can keep up with the tide. Chapter1is the introduction; chapter2shows us the core thoughts of Confucian culture; chapter3is about the influence of Confucian culture on private enterprises; chapter4discusses about the formation, development of private enterprises and its management mode; chapter5analyzes the problems that private enterprises is facing; chapter6makes comparison between Chinese and western management. We go deep in its cultural root and analyze how it shape their thoughts and behaviors and we will in the end shed some light on future reform of China’s private enterprises.
