Career for individuals and society have a vital role,It often determines a person’slifestyle and living conditions, occupation is a means to promote personalitydevelopment, Career development is a means to promote individuality, whenindividuals engage in professional expertise to make personal interest into full play,the play also promotes individuality.Mental health teachers currently occupy a veryimportant position in a school, the students in the study or whether it is in life areinseparable from the mental health of teachers guidance and help, as differentspecialization and professionalization, teachers tend to exhibit mental health withother teachers in different occupations psychological characteristics. In this study,career maturity as a starting point to explore the psychological characteristics ofmental health professional teachers, what factors can predict career maturity it? Thisstudy suggests that motivation from training, professional values begin trainingmotivation is the individual to overcome difficulties and strive to achieve a successfuloutcome of the tendency for academic and career achievement has a positive effect;professional values is that people on the professional activities of benefits socialjudgment orientation, have a direct impact on professional behavior. This studyattempts to explore the basis of distribution of mental health teacher professionalmaturity, professional values, we construct an achievement motivation andprofessional values as factors to predict the theoretical model of career maturity.The study used a questionnaire motivation training, professional values andcareer maturity questionnaire survey on mental health education teachers in theprovince to investigate, extracting110teachers to explore, and thus to analyze therelationship between the three. The results were as follows:(1) different gendersubjects in the training of motivation scores significantly different;(2) differentsubjects taught subjects in the training of motivation, scores are differences inprofessional values and career maturity on significant;(3) different professionaltitles subjects in vocational score differences on the reputation of the dimensionvalues significantly...
