Communication Issues For Learning English As A Second Language

In this paper I want to analyze the necessity of learning English as a basic tool today inevery culture and society. So also the factors that hinder the acquisition of new knowledge andopportunities for a better future are analyzed and how is affecting the whole society. Comparing thedifferent contexts in Mexico and China, with reference to the different educational systems,ideologies, teaching styles and the influence on the economic development of a country.
