The Chinese language quantifiers seem insignificant, but it can’t be missed and replaced.However, there are many quantifier bias with foreign learners. So by analyzing the corpus,surveying,interviewing and other research methods, the author studied the cases about theChinese quantifiers bias of the Indonesian students who study the Chinese as a secondlanguage. Firstly,the author analyzed the cases about the Chinese quantifiers bias in thedynamic composition of HSK corpus of the Indonesian students, and summarized their bias’types. Secondly, in order to further prove that conclusions,the author made a questionnairesurvey on66Indonesian students who have participated in the HSK exam, then the surveyresults were statisticed,and been comparative analyzed to the analysis’ conclusions of thecorpus in the HSK dynamic composition corpus. Finally,aimed at the main quantifiers’ biasand their causes the author put forward some corresponding suggestions to Indonesianstudents, and hope that suggestions can give some help to them when they learning Chinesequantifiers, and provide some reference for the Chinese quantiifer teaching.Atfer analyzing the quantifier bias of the Indonesian students in the HSK corpus,theauthor found that their use was less on the Chinese quantifiers”,and Using the wrongquantifier’’” Lack of quantifiers’’" Quantifier redundancy’’ and many other errors are withthem; and then,the results of the survey and interviews also confirmed that conclusions.This study suggests the negative transfer of mother tongue, the rule generalization of targetlanguage,wrong learning ways,the lack of special Chinese textbooks and reference books,and the lack of cognition of teachers to students’ language are all causes to their quantifierbias,so it put forward some corresponding suggestions.The author hope that this research will enhance Indonesian students’ cognitive to theirquantifiers’ bias,reduce their quantifiers’ bias,and help their Chinese learning in the theoryand practice.
