When students learn Chinese, the first is to learn Chinese pronunciation. Chinese speech can be classified: consonants, vowels and tones, syllable and phonetic changes. The syllable and the reduced forms is the most important part of Chinese speech. Learners have syllables and phonetic changes of errors in learning Chinese often. In order to help Indonesian beginner class students improve their Chinese level and reduce the production of syllables and reduced forms of bias, the author studies Indonesian students learning Chinese syllables and phonetic changes bias. The students' errors are determined by the recording of the students. The causes of errors and recommended teaching strategies.This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction, which introduces the purpose and background of the study, the previous research, the research object and research methods. The second part is the error analysis of Indonesian students common syllable and phonetic changes, explain the Indonesian students in the error of a syllable,double syllable and three syllable, Indonesian students read the initials j, q, x and the problem when read combining pursed mouths vowels, tone syllable zi, ci, si, zhi, chi, shi, ri, and written language pronunciation problem contains iu,ui, un,syllable, and explain the Indonesian students common tone sandhi bias, stress bias and pause bias.The third part is the Indonesia students syllables and reduced forms of errors and explain the influence of negative transfer of mother tongue, affect the negative transfer of target language and teaching factors.The fourth part is the syllable and the phonetic changes teaching strategies,recommended teachers use a variety of methods to reduce Indonesia students syllables and phonetic changes bias.
