This study has 161 middle school students from Beijing fengtai district as its research subjects,and the study method is called a questionnaire survey for data analysis.As analysising the data,it studies the relationship between the Resilience and Subjective well-being.Therefore,it discusses the emotion contol factors in psychological toughness and the feasibility and effectiveness in improving the Subjective well-being of middle school students.The researcher selected 60 qualified study subjects,and randomly assigned them to the experimental and control groups,with 30 students in each group.The students in the experimental group underwent eight sessions of group mental training,which was conducted once a week,and the control group did not take any targeted training.This study used Oxford subjective well-being questionnaire and middle school students' Resilience scale before and after the intervention measure both in the experimental group and the control group,using correlation analysis and statistical methods to find out which Resilience factor has an important guiding role in toughness factor for middle school students' Subjective well-beingThe results showed:1.Resilience has a significant positive effect on Subjective well-being.2.The effect of emotion control factor on the Subjective well-being of students is the most profound out of the five dimensions of Resilience.3.Group mental training for emotional control can help further enhance the student's Subjective well-being experience;Groupmental training can improve the subjective well-being of middle school students and the level of Resilience.4.Middle school students are not well aware of the group's psychological training,and we need to add more suitable for students' mental needs relevant activities to improve their mental health level.
