Research On Cultural Industry For Supply Chain Finance Constructed Models

Cultural industry, as the symbol of state soft power,will become one of themainstay industries of national economy in future.With the rapid development of theglobal economy and scientific and information technology, the integration amongcultural industry, science and technology and finance was gradually enhanced.Theconcept of the “cultural finance”is proposed. It is one of the important content amonggovernment,bank and enterprise which are promote cultural industry in order torealize connecting finance with them.Based on the researches on cultural finance bydomestic and foreign scholars,it is taken into consideration the current situation ofChinese cultural industry development in this paper, which provides suggestions andmethods for the development of supply chain finance of Chinese cultural industry byreferring to relevant theories and constructing operation models for supply chainfinance.Firstly, on the foundation of related theories, the article conducts analysis of thenecessity and feasibility of the development of supply chain finance of Chinesecultural industry and advises to apply basic theories of supply chain finance toresolving the problems in Chinese cultural industry development, especially to thefinancing dilemma for small-to-medium-sized enterprises, in order to promote thestructure upgrading and development of Chinese cultural industry. Secondly, the stageplay based on The Fourth Party Logistics (4PL) supply chain finance as an example,especially addressing the implementation process of supply chain finance credit riskcontrol,in order to prove the effectiveness of supply chain finance in the culturalindustry.Last but not the least, effective suggestions concerning the development ofsupply chain finance in Chinese cultural industry were offered in combination withrelated theories and example analysis.
