In our nation especially in mainland region, Art Authorization Industry rise in recent years. Compared to Taiwan Region, the variety of creative industry in mainland region should be enriched; we lack authoritative and normative licensing institutions; the national collection agencies are short of attention and planning to the industry. From the perspective of macro industrial background, art industry hasn’t been programmed as an independent industry; the planning formulation, policy support, market management of art industry hasn’t been made overall planning and coordinated. We haven’t built up industry database and resource information database; we also lack industry statistical standards and classification, which hinder the foundation of Industry quantitative statistical system.From the academic perspective, the status of art economic history in economic history isn’t high. The research of economic history attach high importance on traditional national economy reflecting social material productivity and production relations, for instance; land; currency; tax, ignoring the art creation activities. Some professional art history and technology history merely interpret their economic basis, speaking generally without further study. The immature research of Art Economy impede the process of research in Art Authorization Industry, which is short of relevant theoretical framework and useful research method. Thus, this passage proceed the research in Art Authorization Industry by taking advantage of material; methods and examples from Craft Art history and Design Art history, in combination with the subject knowledge and research perspectives from Literature; Art; Philosophy; History.In simple terms, Art Authorization is commodity packaging, and it is packing of goods artistically. A country with high correlation between traditional culture and Cultural Industry often is with developed Design Industry. Art Authorization Industry must be based on local culture, its developed degree depends on how deep people dig into and give play to local culture, thus "look behind" is necessary, according to the research model of art anthropology:works-social surroundings-human, this passage need to solve three source problems:how the ornamentation in the surface of implements obtain the marketing meaning during the long history period,and show the effect of promoting sales, which is the existence rationality problem of "Art Authorization Industry"; Social transformation, from traditional to commercial, from closed to open, is along with the transformation of ornamentation’s function and relationship among creation subjects. how the change of social surroundings acts on the two mentioned above, which is an important logic of this passage; Analyze Chinese Artistic Thought from multiple perspectives, which is the key to analyze the consumer’s acceptant psychology; probing into the evolution of relationship between the ancient artists and craftsmen, aimed to guide the establishment of modern Art Authorization industrial chain. The ultimate aim of theoretical exploration is the practical application. eventually the passage put forward the industry substitution strategy and industry promotion strategy.
