Aggressive behavior has always been a focus among public, so it will be a quiet practical research to explore the related variable. So far, there has been a rich amount of researches concerning aggressive behavior, hence, this paper selected moral domain, which was less discussed, to conduct the whole research. Specifically, the variables are school moral atmosphere and moral disengagement. The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between school moral atmosphere, moral disengagement and aggressive behavior, and make some instructive advices to educational practice.This research was conducted by questionnaire survey, specifically, selected550subjects of a junior middle school in ShanXi province,491among this is valid. Through data analysis, the results is below:(a)There was a significant difference between sexes in sense of belonging, the sense of belonging was higher than that of boys; in terms of the perception of fair, helping and understanding, these of grade one student were higher than grade three student; in terms of democracy and discipline, these of grade one student were less than grade three student.(b) There was a significant difference between sexes in moral disengagement, the moral disengagement level of boys was significant higher than this of girls, and there was an interaction between sex and grade.(c) There was a significant difference between sexes in aggressive behavior, the aggressive behavior level of boys was significant higher than this of girls; there was also a significant difference between grade, the aggressive behavior level of grade three students was higher than grade one students.(d) There was a significant negative correlation between school moral atmosphere and aggressive behavior, moral disengagement, while there was a significant positive correlation between moral disengagement and aggressive behavior.(e)Moral justification, esteem, dehumanization, honesty, displacement of responsibility, forgiveness and discipline played a significant predicted role in aggressive behavior, and moral justification was the best among these.
