Medical students as a special group to the group of college students, the school, study time is long, the particularity of the future work, to the requirements of the students is higher, the medical students’ psychological health has become a social focus. At present, the study of medical students stressor type less, the study of emotion regulation self-efficacy is less, but not enough research about depression and so on. On the basis of previous studies, this study considers the medical students’ self-efficacy of stressor and regulation of investigation and study, as well as their relation with depression research, fully understand the present situation of medical students in these three aspects, provide the basis for better medical students’ mental health intervention. Through the study, the following conclusions:(1) Medical students stressor condition, on the whole, in the medium level.On gender differences, boys in the personal burden and pressure on the total score higher than girls;On the grade differences, personal trouble and stress scores in grade four were higher than in the other three;Economic differences in the family, the family with poor economic conditions in medical students personal trouble, learning burden and pressure on the total score were higher than family economy is good and very good;On the study result difference, personal trouble, learning burden, negative life events and stress scores on the four dimensions are characterized by the worse grades, the greater the pressure.(2) medical students emotional self-efficacy, on the whole, in the average level.On gender differences, boys in adjusting the fear, the expression of positive emotion, regulate mood, depressed/pain regulation angry/anger and total score higher than girls;On the grade difference, a sophomore medical students in regulating fear, adjust the anxiety, regulate mood, depressed/pain regulation angry/anger and total score higher than the other three grade; In family economic status differences, family economic conditions more bad of the medical students in the expression of positive emotion and emotion regulation on self-efficacy scores were lower than the other students;On the study result, the worse grades, emotion regulation lower self-efficacy.(3) medical students stressor, emotional self-efficacy is associated with depression two.And the stressor and positively related to depression, namely the pressure, the greater the level of depression is higher;Emotion regulation self-efficacy is negatively related to the present depression, namely the higher emotional self-efficacy, individual depression level is lower, the more psychological health.
