Language is the carrier and reflect of culture. Culinary culture is an important partof Chinese culture, reflected in the language is there are a lot of cooking and foodculture-related words. Because of differences in Culinary culture in different countriesand between different ethnic, so in language expressions about cooking the words arenot the same. After the foreign students came to China to learn Chinese in daily life andin the process, will inevitably come into contact with the Chinese food culture, and thusthe Chinese culinary culture and interested in cooking, and learn words associated withcooking. But because students will be affected with the negative migration of mothertongue, often can not accurately use Chinese cooking class words, while the currentresearch on foreign language teaching in food culture more, but no studies specific tothe teaching of cooking terms, Based on this situation, the author used the literaturesearch method and analysis and other research methods, learn the proper absorption ofprevious studies, study the cooking verbs of "Chinese Proficiency Vocabulary outline”,from the perspective in cooking methods, and compare Chinese with English andChinese with Korean verb commonly used in cooking similarities and differences inmeaning, usage and other aspects from the perspective of Chinese and foreign culturaldifferences. Puts forward suggestions and strategies, and design teaching embodiments,seeks to effectively help foreign students learn Chinese verbs used in cooking, andfurther to understand the purpose of understanding of Chinese culture.
