Modern basic education needs of art education professionals who with professional "caliber wide, thick foundation," a sense of innovation and innovation capability, but also all Higher Art Education emphasizes for students individualized traits, creative ability, but because of Fine arts college entrance exam instant training mode under the dual background of exam-oriented education and the college expansion plan, and universities class teaching mode causes Higher Normal Art Education majors exists the issues that the weak professional foundation of knowledge and skills and lack of artistic innovation capacity and other major issues in professional ability, it must be reform the traditional Higher Normal Art Education teaching model to meet the needs of modern society on the teacher of basis art education, and the Studio Teaching Mode in line with the characteristics of fine arts discipline development, breaking the many limitations of traditional Class teaching mode, to promote Higher Normal Art Education majors’ professional ability development in "Pluripotent a special" ability and innovation ability, conducive to individualized, easy to focus on the use of educational resources.In this paper, organize and analyze a variety of literature, through questionnaires, interviews and methods of mathematical statistics, with examples analyzed and introducted by Zhejiang Normal University College of Fine Arts Department of Fine Arts (Art Education) studio teaching mode reform, to explore the teaching of higher normal art education studio teaching mode, aimed at analysis of the feasibility and necessity of studio teaching mode used in Art Education Teaching Higher Normal from the angle of the relationship between Higher Normal Art Education majors’ professional basic skills and artistic innovation capability’s culture as well as the teaching of higher normal art education studio teaching mode, and analyze the reform process prone to problems and the reason why, in order for the Fine Arts Education sustained and healthy development as well as other educational institutions Fine Arts Workshop Teaching reform carried out more smoothly provide reference basis.
