There are many expressions, such like Doctor Wang who continuously working2days and nights in the operating room, got fainted, exist in Chinese. It’s notconsistent with the principle of liner step of verbal information. We see it as a kindof Chinese Topic Sentence. The Subject of the sentence has replaced by aCenter-determined phrase. We call it Complex-Center determined Topic Sentence.Based on the communicative function of language, we analysis the regularpattern of information from our research object. The element form of the researchobject including three main components which are restrict the conformation ofphrases and sentences at the same time. Then we use some methods to find out theinformation’s level of our object and explain the formation mechanism of it.Generally, the international students would always avoid use Chinese TopicSentence. They would make many mistakes when they read and have to use it. Weshould arrange our teaching based on the ability of students: in the beginning ofstudy, we only need to show the concept of Chinese Topic Sentence for them, then,we can do some specialized training and expounding for it. When they get high level,some text concept would be introduced and trained too.In this paper, we present some method of teaching, which are especially for theComplex-Center determined Topic Sentence learning. We identified somemeaningful words as a whole functional chunk and propose a new teaching method.We hope it would works for Chinese Topic Sentence learning and teaching.
