Based on the field survey and referring to literature data, the author try to analyze the unique artistic language from composition, modeling, lines and technique of expression of the Han-stone Carvings, through combining the professional knowledge and accumulated experience in the creative practice. I also combine with the specific works to analyses and try to design the contemporary illustrations through practice by using the artistic language of Han-stone Carvings.Thus,1think it will enrich the artistic expression and improve the quality of the illustrations creation by this way.Consequently,we can create fine art which has Chinese national characteristics.
