In the process of criticizing the two kind of affirmative, Marx established the practical mode of thinking of their own, realized to transcend these two kind of conception of justice. And Marx think, the realization of justice must adapt to a certain mode of production, to justice and judge. At the same time, Marx also pointed out, the justice of the ultimate aim is to realize the freedom and equality of people, and people want to get real freedom and equality can only in Communist society can be achieved. Finally, discusses the contemporary value of Marx’s critical conception of justice. Marx’s critical conception of justice is a kind of transcendence to traditional western theory of justice, it is the realization of human justice great revolution in the theory and practice of history. The criticism of Marx’s theory of justice both in theory and in practice, have very important contemporary value.
