An Innovative Study On The Supply System Of Public Cultural Service In The Socialist Rural Construction

With the rapid development of economy and the gradual raising of living standards, people start to pursue the identification of spiritual culture. Cultural construction, with great attention from the Party and common people, has become one of the most important ingredients in advancing the country and realizing China Dream As an important factor of the cultural construction, public cultural service system plays an significant role in enfranchising the average people the fundamental cultural rights with the leading of government. As the kingdom of agriculture, china still lags behind on the public cultural service system, especially in the rural areas, with a growing gap between the urban and countryside. From the perspective of government, it is quite urgent to attach great emphasis on the innovative construction of supply system of pubic cultural service in the rural area by establishing a scientific supply system and improving its capacity of cultural service. Thus, it is of great significance to the development of socialist rural construction and the strengthening of cultural construction in the country.This paper covers up six parts:The first chapter illustrates the research background, significance, literature both at home and abroad, and the research methods.The second chapter briefly introduces the related notions of public cultural service system in rural areas and explains its the theoretical foundationChapter three analyses the current situation of the supply system of the public cultural service in rural areas of Fujian province involving a case study on some typical rural areas in Fujian province and some related data from some statistical yearbooks. This chapter attempts to reveal the existing problems of the system and shed some light on the major obstacles by analyzing the its plight and causes.Chapter four discusses the ideal experiences about supply system of public cultural service within socialist rural construction, analyzing its features, organization, and achievements.Chapter five proposes some suggestions on how to perfect the public cultural service system in Fujian province based on the realistic situation, the mechanism of supply, the idea of supply and the past experience. It will leads to the scientific development of public cultural service as a result of the reform and innovation of the supply system.
