Language is an important carrier of culture, their interdependence, mutualinfluence, are inseparable. This article through literature studies, surveys, and otherresearch methods like summairzed, properly absorb and learn the results of previousstudies, investigated whether learners are interested in Chinese classical literature andits derivative works, through the analysis of the survey results of Chinese classicalliterature and its derivative works indeed play a positive role in the conclusion of theforeign language teaching practice. Propose appropirate strategies and recommendationsof Chinese classical literature and its deirvative works in the actual teaching a foreignlanguage, for example, from a teacher’s point of view,foreign language teachers shouldenhance their professionalism and humanities, note to communicate with learners in theteaching process, to give them positive guidance; from the student’s point of view,foreign language teachers choose Chinese classical culture-related content to the entrypoint for the introduction of the text, or ask learners performing ancient Chinesecharacters, events, and even organized learners for outings, etc. to help them focusclassroom attention and interest in the content of classroom teaching, achieve betterteaching results. Foreign language teachers and then based on the characteristics of thedivers interests of Chinese learners to design a program of classroom teaching, strive tobe able to effectively help learners to learn Chinese, to let them know Chinese,understand the Chinese culture.
