What’s more? This part also introduces function of township cultural stations and positions it in public welfare, manage ability, basic and comprehensive four aspects. The third part compared the development of township cultural stations in Hubei province with Jiangsu; analyzes the existing problem; find out the feasible measures; provide reference to improve development of township cultural stations in Zhuzhou. The4th part will analyze the current situation of construction of the Zhuzhou township cultural stations from2006to2011; finds out current problem and analyses the reason why we are facing this kind of the problem.
