In this paper, Jameson’s Late Marxism thought is researched and analyzed in the aspects of theoretical resources, basic features, social mirror, achievements and deficiency. The theoretical resources are respectively Mandel’s late capitalism theory, Williams’s Culture and Society theory, Adorno’s dialectic thought and Marx’s production mode theory. Mandel’s late capitalism theory provides a historical vision; Williams’s Culture and Society theory provides a discussion way in which culture and society are combined; Adorno’s dialectic thought provides an intervention way; what Marx’s production mode theory provides are fundamental bases, platforms and architecture. The basic features are respectively totality idea, historicized pursuit and dialectic thoughts. The three features don’t only have respective specific contents, but also have interlinked and consistent sections. By comprehensive innovation, digestion and absorption for modern and contemporary thoughts and theories that include Marxism, Jameson reconstructed and rewrote totality, historicizing and dialectic; furthermore, he used and implemented these results in his works. The main contents of social mirror are cultural logic, spatial logic and difference politics. An important contribution of Jameson’s Late Marxism thought is exploring that postmodernism is the cultural logic of late capitalism; his attention to space showed that cultural logic is spatial logic and time-space in texts and actual life world refer to each other and tend to difference politics finally. The achievements are developing western Marxism thought, impacting postmodernism thought and enriching mass culture theory. The deficiency is excessively leaping and wavering among various theories, sticking to “grand narrative” and its ambiguous attitude towards consumption culture.
