Cultural conflict is a common phenomenon in cross-cultural communication. Chinese teachers teach Chinese in middle school of Thailand will also encounter a lot of teaching problems due to cultural conflict. According to the problem solution is put forward, and carries on the practice verification, finally summed up the effective resolution strategy.Firstly, this paper uses research methods of questionnaire and practice, summarizes some typical problems in teaching. Problems mainly displays in: first, the classroom order there are differences between the two countries China and Thailand. Thai students run everywhere, loud and eat in class. Second, the teaching Settings are different. Teachers will encounter teaching span large, students generally be late for class and the problem of poor students study enthusiasm. Third, the specific cultural differences lead to problems in teaching. For example, Religious activities interfere with the teaching plan, students’ personal habits lead to Chinese character teaching and students in the class make up the problems.Secondly, combining with the theory, according to specific teaching problem solving strategy is put forward. Resolution strategy mainly from strengthen the communication with students, the school head, innovating teaching mode, perfecting the encouragement and punishment, and other aspects.Finally, through their own teaching practice, visiting other teachers, learn the successful experience of other teaching workers or failure, the author put forward strategy for validation and objective, analyses the advantages and limitations of different strategies. Teachers can refer to this paper on the basis of their own specific conditions.
