As a significant section in Chinese class in Thailand,classroom activities are widely utilized in Chinese teaching.Therefore,the analysis and surveys and existing problems about these activities possess pragmatic meaning.By targeting Chinese-teacher volunteers and students of four middle-school in Thailand,this report adopts the means of questionnaires and interviews to survey and research the classroom activities from the aspects of teaching content,operational ways,capacity of teachers,feedback and assessment from students and teaching media.The result shows that in teaching content,the teaching ratio has distinctions between language knowledge,language skills and culture knowledge;in specific operations,the major activities in classroom are mainly for communication and creation with the basic form of group and the amount is confined into 1 or 2during 10 to 15 minutes;the capacity of teachers,including theory knowledge,teaching design and teaching organization has shortcomings which should be improved and strengthened;students think highly of classroom activities while have different choices with teachers on type,form,time and number of activities and traditional teaching medias,as the major facilities in school,can only meet the basic demand of classroom activities.Aiming to solve problems above,the author tries to improve from three aspects: firstly,emphasize the comprehensiveness of teaching content,and improve the relevance of classroom activities to different teaching contents;secondly,strengthen the knowledge and research to teaching subjects;thirdly,improve the teaching capacity of teachers on classroom activities.
