The time-honored brand enterprise inherited the excellent business culture inheritancesymbol of China ancient time. It reflects the influence of social politics, economy, culture onbussiness in different periods of its generation and development. Our existing Chinatime-honored brand mostly established in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It has long history,more than50years in general. China time-honored brand enterprise existing in our countrynow mainly concentrated in the food and beverage, or other service industries. It has theunique products or skills with distinct geographical and ethnic characteristics.“China time-honored brand”, Shenyang Zhong He Fu Tea-shop was established in theeighth year of Guangxu in the Qing Dynasty (1882), it has been132years of history. It isShenyang’s most ancient Tea-shop. It is not only the tea business enterprise, but also thecarrier of Chinese traditional tea culture communication. Its practical significance lies notonly inheriting the outstanding traditional commercial culture, but more important is torealize the benign development.This paper is divided into three parts, introduction, body and conclusion.Introduction: The introduction summarizes the research status of China time-honoredbrand enterprise, the realistic significance and the research methods of Shenyang Zhong HeFu Tea-shop.ChapterⅠ From the time dimension longitudinal combs the development of thetime-honored enterprise and its cultural evolution. China time-honored brand enterpriseinherited the excellent business culture of ancient China. It has regional characteristics. Itsbuilding has Chinese traditional cultural characteristics. The Operators are adhering to the“credibility first, quality assurance, thoughtful service”business philosophy. In moderndevelopment it was processed by feudal exploitation in home and the imperialist oppressionexterior. It survived in the cracks, its development road is difficult and not smooth. In today’srapid economic development, innovative science and technology situation, Chinatime-honored brand enterprise faces opportunities as well as challenges in today’s economymarket.ChapterⅡ Specific descriped Shenyang Zhong He Fu Tea-shop’s prosperousness in thepioneering period, survival status and reasons during the Japanese invasion of China and theKuomintang operation period, and after the founding of PRC, our country’s commercialreform measures played a promoting role in the development of Shenyang Zhong FuTea-shop. As “China time-honored brand” tea enterprise, it records the effects of differentperiod of social politics, economy, culture on business. The enterprise itself carries a regionalculture, brand culture, architectural culture,and the businessman culture that means theoperators are moral and highly skilled and they take“advantage of righteousness”as businessphilosophy.ChapterⅢ Clarify Shengyang Zhong He Fu Tea-shop’s historical value in researchingnational business. Take Shengyang Zhong He Fu Tea-shop for example to learn that itbecomes industry model for taking “honest and trustworthy” as management behavior. It isthe tea culture exchange place. And through a series of tea culture propaganda, it spreads teascience, tea art, tea morality and carries forward Chinese tea culture.ChapterⅣ Reveals the problems Zhong He Fu Tea-shop are facing in today’s economicdevelopment background, and put forward the path and measures to solve them.Conclusion Further stressed as "China time-honored brand" enterprise, Zhong He FuTea-shop’s main function is maintaining good business culture, at the same time, make fulluse of the products’ function and characteristic, using modern publicity and marketing meansto enable the enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
