| Cynicism is a kind of negative attitude with boredom and have taken an attitude of distrust forothers’ behavior, motivation and integrity.In this paper, cynicism is defined as the negative attitude ofemployees in the workplace.Medical staff play an important role to serve the public life and health, so payattention to Medical staff’s mental health becomes an important topic for researchers.This dissertation works out the workplace deviance behavior scale based on the background ofmedical staff by the methods of literature review,interview and questionnaire survey and discusses thecontent structure of workplace deviance behavior and and its related problems. The sum of questionnairesare800, recycling effective questionnaire404copies. This research used exploratory factor analysis andconfirmatory factor analysis. The conclusions are as the following:Firstly, workplace deviance behavior scale which based on medical staff background consisted oftwo factors--People-oriented workplace deviance and organization oriented workplace deviance,twofactors model fitting effect is ideal. The reliability and validity of abusive supervision Scales conform tothe requirements of the psychological surveying(α=0.932).Secondly, demographic differences of abusive supervision. The results showed that differentgender,age,hospital level,marital status employees have no significant difference in workplace deviance onall dimensions.There are significant difference between different seniority, Job title in each dimensionworkplace deviance.Thirdly, role stress has a significant positively prediction effect to the Cynicism;Role stress has asignificant positively prediction effect to the workplace deviance. Cynicism has a significant positively prediction effect to the workplace deviance. Cynicism to role stress and workplace deviance relationshiphas fully significant mediation effects.Forthly, social support to role stress and workplace deviance relationship has no significantmoderating effects. |
