Film Base Development Pattern Exploration Based On Value Chain System

In recent years, cultural industries have become the focus of development into the national long-term development plan. As an important part of the cultural industry film and television industry has gradually embarked on the market and the industry’s healthy development since the reform and opening. As an important part of the film industry film base has film shooting and film tourism function. Under the influence of international film rapid development, China set off a building boom of film base, and the situation has continued since the mid-nineties. But the operating condition is not as good as that.The building of film base in China mostly depend on the shooting film, after the crew leaves, it becomes "enclave". Mainly as television production and film tourism industry strand breaks, they are not fulfilled within the industrial process services in their respective value chains. Besides film and television production and film tourism-related synergy is also inadequate. At the same time lack of effective integration of the regions elements, such as governments, related industry, resources and education. All factors cause film base in China are week of sustainable development. This paper stood in the height of strategic management, in perspective of value systems and industrial clusters, aim at the problems of film base development to build the sustainable development of film base value systems and how they work. And also use actual cases to prove my options. This paper has six chapters, divided into four parts, the first part introduces the papers research background, object and significance, research methods and framework in detail. The second part is the theoretical foundation. It describes the film base value systems constructed theoretical support, mainly explained by the value chain theory and the theory of two aspects of industrial clusters. The third part is the main part of the paper analysis film base current situation and existing problems, and combined value chain theory and the theory of industrial clusters to build suitable value systems for the development of film base, and explained the value of the composition and operation of the system in detail, also use actual cases to prove my options. The fourth part is the overall analysis of the article, preliminary conclusions, and articles of innovation and shortcomings do a summary.
