| With the rapid development of the medical industry, mankind are exploring multi-channel care. Practice proved that light irradiation can adjust the function of human body, which is benefit for human body to restore and maintain health. The studies of color medical worldwide of color are wildly beating gongs and drums undergoing. However, it still need further study on irradiation time, irradiation intensity, course design, auxiliary medicine theoretically in order to put the color used in clinical, which makes it possible to achieve the goal of curing human disease though the energy frequency of different colors.Firstly through controlling the three colors’attributes hue, lightness, saturation and time length of color light stimulation to get subjects’pressure and temperature data. Secondly, contrast experiment group to establish multi-angle, recording of human physiological parameters in real time, through comparative analysis of each human physiological experimental data to establish human physiological parameter regression equation mathematical model for the color hue, lightness, saturation which means that quantitative analysis of the corresponding the color of medical efficacy comes in the end.
