A Translation Project Report Of Global Outsourcing And Offshoring(Part Three)

This is a translation report. The source text is taken from Global Outsourcing and Offshoring, a book of thesis collection. The source text of this translation project is the tenth article, the third part of this book, which is written by Elisa Mattarelli and Maria Rita Tagliaventi. Characterizing with complete structure and rigorous arguments, the thesis spreads out around problems rising on off-shoring management and virtual work teams, in combination with examples and put forward rough suggestions to resolve those problems after analysis and reasonable summary. The report consists of the following four parts. Specifically, part one represents the introduction of translation project, including project context, project significance and objective and report structure; part two proves to be the introduction of text, a number of sentences have been using to analyze the content and stylistic characters of original text; part three comes to the difficulties encountered and methods applied in the process of translation, such as conversion from static to dynamic, abstract to concrete and passive to active; part four serves as the conclusion of the project, including lessons drawn from the translation and pointing out problems to be resolved.
