Chinese calligraphy has experienced several years of development history, in any period which does not exist in isolation. Establishment of the Republic of China to make political, economic, social and cultural undergone tremendous change, technological development, the introduction of Western culture, the people, "transvestite", "cut braided," but as the country’s traditional art of calligraphy has not followed the demise, but in continue to develop inherited the ancient tradition of calligraphy based on the context of advancing. Luoyang has a rich cultural history, there have been thirteen dynasties in the capital. His calligraphy has been in constant development, and we have an important position in the history of calligraphy.This thesis aims to sort out the context of the development of the Republic of China Luoyang calligraphy, induction, collect and organize calligraphy Luoyang Republican relevant information, study and interpretation of calligraphy phenomenon of this period, and the impact of calligraphy was later to reproduce the Republic of China Luoyang picture of calligraphy. Further clarify the Luoyang book style Republican, calligraphy Luoyang in Republic and even the Central Plains region is important. Hope to this article make up the Republic of China Luoyang calligraphy research, development and put forward constructive suggestions Luoyang calligraphy.This paper is divided into four chapters.
