On the Early Stage of Tang Dynasty, the regime was not only unsteady but also faced with the threat of the northeast, the northwest, and the southwest, especially with the aggression by Tuguhun and Tubol from the northwest. In the confliction between Tang Dynasty and minority regime, Tang appointed governor and feudal provincial to strengthen administration, and set MoLi Jun to strengthen military management, so GuaZhou gradually became the place for the Resettlement for the surrender and the frontline of a war. Guazhou is the East-West transportation hubs, because it not only had roads direct to YiZhou and Xizhou, but also possessed advanced post road to Shazhou, which provided a convenient condition for official administration, folk business contact, and cultural communication.
